When you drop the "self righteous" talk about conservatives, John. :>) You want a "single pay" solution. You may get it. If you do, you will be lucky if your medical care is as good as the Vets have been getting at Walter Reed.

What has been unexpected by both parties is how well competitive pressure has worked to lower the cost of this program.

We know what happens if the Dems get their way with price controls on this bill. We can see the results in the VA system. The formulary is restricted to older drugs. Thats just the facts, not our emotions.
