Ian has been very responsive - here is my second response from Ian. His message sounds positive.
Good investing... -Jay ___________________ We registered the share repurchase plan so we could move quickly when required. In practice, we have not yet made any repurchases. One reason is that, as you know, we are looking at various acquisitions and have to be mindful of being in possession of material undisclosed information, and so, being insiders, not being able to repurchase at that time. Also, each quarter end we consider the last two weeks of the quarter and the next three or so until the quarter's results are issued as a "quiet period" and have declined to repurchase during that period. The excitement looking forward should be in the leverage good revenue growth will bring to the bottom line. All our businesses are addressing incremental verticals and focusing their products more on specific needs/solutions in verticals, as well as bringing out important new products. LawPack version 5 from CompInfo was released in July. DOCSFusion, CyberDOCS 2.0 and Bladerunner are expected to be released this fiscal. In addition, of course a good strategic acquisition will be very exciting. That's the short version. Hang in.....

Ian -
Thanks for the response. But whatever did happen to share buyback? More importantly, what do we as shareholders have to be excited about with PCDOCS in moving forward? It's really the million dollar question. DOCSF quarterly numbers during the past two years have just not impressed - I'm sure you are fully aware. What do we as shareholders have to look forward with DOCSF direction?
It's a loaded question that probably would inspire hours of discussion. But give me the short of it.
Thanks...
