Asian Based Plastics Manufacturer Selects Taleo Solution for Recruitment and Retention of Top Talent to Support Global Expansion Plans
SINGAPORE and DUBLIN, Calif., April 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Taleo (Nasdaq: TLEO), the leading provider of on demand talent management solutions, today announced that Omni Industries Holdings, a privately-held Singaporean company that designs and manufactures precision plastic tools, injection molding and plastics assembly, has implemented Taleo's talent management solution to help it to attract and retain top talent globally.
Omni Industries has 15 years of experience in high-end plastics manufacturing, specializing in the automotive, telecommunications, health and consumer markets. The company operates facilities throughout Southeast Asia in Malaysia and Thailand, has sites across China in Shanghai, Suzhou and Xiamen, and a manufacturing plant in Mexico. Omni Industries is currently expanding its geographic footprint and optimizing the talent of its workforce to meet the growth in its business, and selected Taleo to help the company improve the speed and quality of its hiring process.
