This is in line with my post of the other day. I believe that unless there is exportation of TD-SCDMA (which is highly unlikely) Qualcomm is without a remedy if its intellectual property is stolen. The one piece of leverage that it may have is if Siemens, or some other Chinese partner with whom Q has a licensing agreement, is involved and Q can bring some action against the partner.
