Iraq is another fine example supporting free access to guns. Bush, Cheney and Rove got much more than they bargained for by trying to push around the people of Iraq. Even the US military has no hope of controlling a populace that is heavily armed. No country in the world would invade the US for the exact same reason.

As long as people like Bush, Cheney, and Rove are calling the shots, there is no way the american people will consider disarming themselves.
