my overall energy weighting is now down to around 42%, which is low for me (standard is 50%)

Why? I don't see how this sell off is going to have any legs to it with the dollar making new lows:

willing to transition from an overweight COS position to a morbidly obese position -g-.

I got to 43,100 shares and started thinking I've got too much money in this thing. You've got to be at a crazy level. I think the last time we spoke you were around 50,000. I have been scaling out of VLO - 400 shares every 40 cents. And I have to deploy the money somewhere. I've got a deal with Ameritrade that if I keep over 500k of margin they charge me 6%, below that I get bumped up to 9%. So as I've scaled out of VLO, I would redeploy the money into COSWF.

A couple of weeks ago I started buying PWE. 6% margin offset by a 12% dividend - I don't see how I can lose. COSWF and PWE are the only laggards that I found attractive.
