GB, we already went over this in an earlier post. The total percent of shares sold to the total currently owned was a sale representing about 4% by all represented who sold. Look at the earlier post, I'll try and find it. There's a lock up on sales right now of CYMI shares among the executive. They can't sell any more shares until sometime after earnings.
