Don't mean to be picky, but the building was a write-down, not a write-off. Probably they wrote it down to what think they will realize, 10mm or so.

I'm thinking of buying a little more, but would feel more confident if I could understand what the company got from all those acquisitions they made over the last couple of years. Anyone have any thoughts?
