FWIW, I found the following on the web. I don't know if it is the final owrd, but it seems to indicate that GRM doesn't have any interest in CQL's Marmato finds. If anyone knows otherwise please post.

Declared Invalid

TORONTO, ONTARIO--In response to Conquistador Mines Ltd.'s press release of
today and re-stating the information contained in our last press release,
Gran Colombia Resources Inc., reports that the general shareholder meeting
of Mineros Nacionales S.A. was held on Friday April 12, 1996 in Medellin,
the Marmato mine joint venture contract signed between Mineros de Antioquia
S.A. and Corona Goldfields Inc./Conquistador Mines Ltd. was declared invalid
by Mineros de Antioquia S.A. (which owns 51.75 percent of the shares of
Mineros Nacionales S.A.)
