yes, calling it TD-SCDMA is the same mistake as calling it WCDMA.
If they were called e.g. The Red Star and 3GSM respectively from the get-go we wouldn't have all these passionate associations, leading us right or wrong.
I haven't read any recent analysis on these boards as to what the IPR situation may be even from "our" pont of view.
Very few facts, OK?
