hold on... jim.... he was stalking 2 girls....that's on the record....he wasn't prosecuted criminally because the victims decided not to press charges you have a professor who says she will quit if the guy continues in her class other students were afraid to be in class with the guy, clearly he was behaving in a very menacing way and now we know that there are state records of his mental state.... there were warnings galore just WHAT does it take to remove a psychotic student....besides 32 murders?
