In this politically correct society, expelling Cho would have brought every politically correct rights organization down on Tech and on Virginia because of his race----- and he would have likely been allowed to stay. Would it have saved these lives, possible. An expulsion could have also had the opposite effect leading to Cho returning to campus out of revenge. just a few thoughts mj
