VPC shareholders need to understand that their company had come as far as it could. Russia today is a very different place and the power plays in the resource industry are much more "heavy" than before.

VPC shareholders got a very good deal, a very good deal. End of story. The Russian Environmental Agency RosPrirodNadzor would have tied VPC up for years and VPC would have had to give up much more of the stake in Lagansky than Lupe will have to.

Spud date for Lagansky would be in June maybe later.
