I converse with anyone, within reason of course, even those I disagree with and who disagree with me. But when I'm told that I'm sucking the facts from my finger and talking rubbish then that's my limit and I pull out. I do believe in dialog and I feel if one can't talk to those one disagrees with at SI how can there possibly be any hope for the Israelis to talk to the Palestinians etc?

Be that as it may, many believe as he does, that "good" people have the moral right, indeed duty, to attack/change/kill the "bad" ones, so that the world can be "improved". In actual fact, there are times I feel that way myself but then I realise I should cool off and go for a run because it's clear that if everyone started attacking and killing everyone they didn't agree with the world would be far worse than it it already is -- and then we would have returned to the jungle.
