Now that you've seeded the idea in my head to write a letter, I'm finding it difficult drafting one that doesn't castigate. Obviously, that sort of thing doesn't wind up in anyone's mailbag next to the scales when it comes time to weighing opinions, especially if it's substantive. But I haven't forgotten this. If I'm able to tame the visceral issues brewing within, and get down to something objective and constructive, I'll let you know. The problem I'm having is keeping a straight face throughout all this, knowing full well that anything that I can offer has in all likelihood been delivered to them in spades many times over, only to be shelved in some sub-basement archive for future review. ------
