Dollar ... maybe. It is usually the case that any trend, up or down, channels along some line, w/r to both highs and lows. Look at IT dollar, go back to low in about Oct 2005, on linear chart, draw line from that low, thru lows along current DT. Usually a bottom will land around the 3rd or 4th point. Dollar is in vicinity of 4th point or hit, on that DT or falling resistance line. quotes.ino.com Trans - dunno yet. Still watching I guess.
