Ridiculous remark.

Anyone who traded shares based on such an obviously inconsequential item deserves what they got.

Remember when Rich was here bashing XM when the so-called "shareholder suits" were filed? And what happened to those? (Interestingly, the shareholder suits against XM were dismissed as without the slightest merit, while the shareholder suits against Sirius resulted in Sirius paying millions of dollars to shareholders who had been screwed).

This lawsuit is obviously frivolous, just as those were.

SIRI has dragged XM down with it, and likely will continue to do so as SIRI's lousy performance for Q1 comes out.
