That mp5 is really nice - the transfer tax is $200 - it has very little to do with the cost of that gun - the ban caused the gun to be rare - basic economics of supply and demand. Not really my passion, old .22's, winchester levers and old US arms. Bought a used "new in box" 3" blued s&w model 36 in .38 yesterday - what a pretty gun - can't wait to go play with it this weekend.
