Thank's for the update. Did you get this info off the SEC gov site and if so can you provide the link that generated this list? I went through each of the 13G forms since June 2006 for Gendell and did not see any sales for SUNW. Also the list below does not show all of Gendells holdings per the 13G filings as it appears there may be some other screening criteria used. I am not sure how and what forms are filed so I may have missed something. From the numbers for SUNW, it appears that he took 50% of his shares off the table (about 20 million shares) and still holds 24.5 million shares. Sounds like a good investment as he booked a 30% return (in 10 months). He must feel that SUNW has more room to grow as he still has a sizable investment. Thank you for the updated info. EKS
