Nokia may be caught up in its own hypocrisy. Nokia may have to engage in negotiations so that it can argue it is not willfully violating Q's IPR but rather simply trying to negotiate with an "unreasonable" IPR holder. It's the same as the $20 million non-payment, all style and no substance. HF
