Boy would the DI's of my day like to get their hands on you. The idea is to THINK AS A UNIT not as an individual. For instance, if one of us screwed up THE ENTIRE PLATOON was punished. I think that might be why Marines are always Marines FOREVER. Compared to the army or airforce the USMC is a very tight service. Personally, I think thats really nice. I joined the USMC because at a young age I suddenly became an Orphan. There I found a family of brothers that exists to this day. jdn
