I am still stunned by the fact that not a single analyst asked the Nokia presenters one question about the Qualcomm/Nokia dispute or about its possible impact on Nokia, e.g., treble damages This occurred against a backdrop of Nokia conceding it had lost market share in the U.S. Sorry to speculate, but I am guessing that Nokia put the word out to the analysts not to ask any questions on this topic. Does anyone think that questions about the negotiations will not be raised at the upcoming Qualcomm earnings' report?
