Iraqi civilians and American military deaths are the result of Misguided Bush Policy, compounded by the appeasing/isolationist Chamberlainesque dems and the spineless Euros who take cover and benefit from American and, once, UK balls.
You started talking about AQ. You then brought this up. You then talked about having 911s in Iran. This is why I thought you were justifying Bush's illegal invasion of Iraq with 911.

As for the remnants of the nasty colonial past, I'm not really sure Europe or the US can do much that is useful. After all, look what they've done to the country of Iraq. Look at the mess that is Katrina.
I think your belief in the power of the West is not really justified any longer. The UK hasn't been important in a long time and the US is, because of this kind of horrendous management, is headed down the same sorry path. |
