Slacker, there is a "free pass" being given to Nokia relative to the GSM/GPRS/EDGE patent cases. Any success in getting royalties on those technologies, as to which Qualcomm did not participate in standardization and did not agree to license on FRAND terms, and the entire construct changes. If substantial progress is made in those cases, a comprehensive license will be leveraged.
