You pick one isolated case, I'm sure you could find any number of similarly bad isolated cases in other countries. Esp. countries like Russia and Pakistan (and they aren't the worst in the world) but even in richer more developed countries.

Its not about the isolated cases. Russia and Pakistan clearly have more corruption and incompetence in government.
