One upgrade and away it goes!!!! BEA Systems upped at UBS, rebound seen in longer term LONDON (MarketWatch) -- UBS upgraded BEA Systems, Inc. (BEAS : BEA Systems Inc News , chart , profile , more Last: 12.30+0.14+1.15% 8:00pm 04/19/2007 BEAS12.30, +0.14, +1.2%) , a provider of business software and services, to buy from neutral, saying that while there's no short-term fix, it believes the company will rebound in one of two ways. The broker told clients that BEA will see a turn in execution challenges and enjoy easier comparisons starting in October, or, if challenges persist, it could be ripe for shareholder activism and even mergers and acquisitions activity.
