Do you think the USA will spend anywhere near an additional 1% of $1T dealing with domestic gun violence as a result of what happened? Situations like VA Tech have been studied. And we know that there is only one thing that can stop a homicidal maniac. Someone on the scene who is armed. Doesn't cost the Government a dime.
