Dad was more tollerant of things like that, he just wasn't one bit tollerant if we didn't have good grades, or heaven forbid, if the teacher ever even mentioned we had been "non compliant" in school. I was ms. goodietwoshoes, because to not be that, would have just been unacceptable... Mom on the other hand was the one who got on the ceiling if we didn't do "more than our fair share" of keeping the place tidy, and that very much meant our dresser drawers, bedroom closets, and of course our room. The rest of the house too...We certainly knew how to keep house by the time we left home, that's for sure! A couple of my sisters rebelled for awhile, and were vying for the title of "Missy BigMessy" for a bit of time....Now, all of us are back to just being sorta normal....LOLOL!
