If George Soros hedge fund is indeed accumulating QCOM shares, this should be quite a recommendation if it gets out. These guys do their research well, place very large bets, and usually win big time. It's a little like Buffet announcing that he has finished accumulating a certain railroad stock. Then, you find thathis buddy Gates has been accumulating RR stocks too.
