John Think Lindy Bill needs another chart to compare with the rising housing prices. Population growth since the 30's and right after WWII-----these may reflect the same growth. One way to stem the demand is to stop imigration, legal and ilegal. Population growth would then be dependent upon the population that exists here now. Somehow we are working on the assumption that America can expand its population constantly. And, as the population expands government expands. mj
