The problem is that the CEO didn't do such a good job.

That's not the issue, Tim. The issue is he had been on the job 4 months.......who knows at this point whether he will do a good job or not. Nonetheless, Ford gave him $39 million and a nice pat on the back. You guys better wakeup. People are very pissed at this crap and are no longer willing to sit back and pretend its not happening.

November, 2006 was a wake up call. I wouldn't ignore it if I were you.
