No annual report?! Management knows something we don't? e.g. a pending takeover? No annual report is highly unusual unless there was a compelling i.e. extraordinary situation justifying that one not be printed. ??? Highly unusual but so is the fact that Proxies have Sep 30 postmarks, received by Ontario shareholders on Oct 3 and annual meeting is being held on Oct 14th!? Smells like a penny stock, looks like a penny stock, walks like a penny stock...
