he couldn't have avoided liquidating the treasury and doling out all that pork? How do you come up with that. He couldnt' have avoided picking a lackey treasury secretary and poor fiscal team such that our dollar crashed? He couldn't avoid creating a huge new drug entitlement with no price controls that in effect DOUBLED the cost of medicare, something we had no way of paying for before the republican clowns ratcheted it up a notch? Bush is a HORRIBLE fiscal president. He stinks.
