If you don't mind me asking, does your wife still have tmj? What procedures did she try. Most of the sugar is out of my diet and I mostly eat very mushy vegetables, I need to work on the caffeine though. I will try the alka seltzer, all the prescription drugs they have tried are not working and they make me either very sick and tired. It is hard to raise a 9 year old when you cannot get out of bed, so I have pretty much flushed them down the toilet. Thanks for your suggestions.
