The 10k will explain no doubt, the irony of the situation is until bcit gets judgement not one of those persons who bought shares in bcit not supported by the capital growth and darbie buy in can become real shareholders, once judgement is in they become real shareholders as they will then have a real enforceable claim to get physical shares delivered to them physically. Until that is done they have in reality nothing. Have to hurt them to help them.
