Liar. Clinton was never offered Bin Laden. The line you are refering to is one Hannity keeps lying about too. He's twisting it's meaning and extrapolating, also pretending 1996 and 2007 are the same thing. The only one who had a chance to get Bin Laden and let him go is Bush at Tora Bora. Bin laden was in deep hiding onice the US governbment knew he was responsible for bombings in around 1996-1997. Before that they didn't know. Before 1995 Al Qaida didn't even exist.
