Hi Mike & all
Greetings from the "bull-camp" (or some kind of bull....<g)

Seriously good to read some sanity amidst all the hype/pr etc I am coming across in various investment sites.

While no expert on TA charts, it seems to me today that the oil sector IS surely 'toppy. Three of my current holdings there: TDW..XOM...and SSL ..all look weak in their 18 month charts, which I think odd because so many financial rags and letters are pushing the hell out of the oil sector, and these cos in particular, right now.

Thought we would have headed back down after the Mar/April whipsaw retracement sometime this week. Any thoughts on buying QID?

It wouldn't be difficult to put together a world wide portfolio that might circumvent the US problems coming, but is it reasonable to think that the rest of the world's economies will hold up if we go in the crapper?

Anyway, thanks to Michael, we have a place to vent and get some ideas that can make us some $-$-$ for our... 'old age...which is sprouting up all over the place out here in LA-LA land, despite being the Mecca of advanced plastic surgery<lol
Regards all
DaWentz
