You're missing my point. Sure you go after the nuclear sites - right away! But, you take care of the other things I mentioned as well. Give them a lot to fix. The bummer (and this is a major bummer) is that it might take some small nuclear weapons to blast some of the sites. I really don't want to see us using them. I don't want to legitimize the use of nukes - thats a slippery slope
