But I do not believe that arming young people is the answer.
Frankly, the idea of college students armed is frightening to me.

The difference between yours and LB's POV is LB is willing to protect and defend himself and his family. You are not.

You wrote, "Frankly, the idea of college students armed is frightening to me." You should understand that your fear is not shared by others. I find the fact that we have well trained armed citizens in America quite comforting.

I don't mind your not being willing to defend yourself. Submit if you wish. That is your decision (indeed everyone's decision) to make.

But, I'll never allow you to prevent me from being able to defend myself. The very notion that your fear makes you want to deny others the capability of self-defense is anti-human, anti- common sense, anti-American and makes my blood sizzle.

I consider the condescending and snide tone you have been using to make judgements about LB's messages to be trolling. You use pissy little insults to act like you want a fight but deep down you know you don't have what it takes to defend yourself.

If it were not for better men your genes would have been history long ago.

I have a solution for you. If you believe more law enforcement is the answer, issue every American who wishes to be armed and completed a concealed carry course a badge.
