my post was not directed to anyone other than posting on the subject.

Arming teachers? not for it. i assume many teachers do not want to be armed. will it become a requirement for a postion, tenure. let's not walk over other people's rights to not carry a weapon.

offer training as requirement to get a gun not leave it up to schools, public places , etc. just like a drivers license,, perhaps to carry a hand gun you need to pass a proficiency test. no test to own a gun in your home etc. but if you want to carry a concealed weapon you have demonstrate ability to hit something if you shoot a weapon.?

hopefully , someone is looking at both sides of the issues and not tunnel vision.
