I spoke with Wayne Schumaker today. He said there was 5.2 mill shares with a float of appro. 1 to 1.5 mill shares. He was not certain
of the float but felt that there were approx 1mill shares which were being actively traded. The web site is http:www.apk.net/imp
He stated the company will have an announcement Friday and would be very favorable for company. DROM is also negotiating
with some other companies about acquiring them. One in particular has a contract to install 100 kiosks but this company does
not have the working capital. DROM has an excellent working relationship with CLG inc (leasing and financing company). DROM
can get the financing for this company from CLG. The unkown company can not get this financing so they are currently negoitating
with DROM. Mr Schumaker said the company can only use the current 10mill from CLG inc for the golf kiosk program. They have
three companies commited to the golf kiosks (advertizers) and they need one more. The only company name he could release was AST Computer.
DROM is talking to Pro bowlers. These talks are going well and they have had test kiosks at tourney sites. He has not heard
any more about the meeting with Al Gore. Friday conference call at 1-800-553-2178. 10:00 central. More later Dale
