Somehow I never had to crank. I arrived onboard as a 3rd class, so didn't have to deal with it. But I *did* spend plenty of time compacting shred in the TDU room. :-
And the chili recipe sounds awesome...I think I'll try making it with duck/goose rather than venison. It's very low fat (wild), so it should work out fine. I'll let you know. Thanks bro!
