Think of our cars as lethal weapons. They are more powerful than guns and if they could be driven any where but on roads might make a substitution.

Everyone has a car but it has not upped the incidence of
persons running over one another. Yet there are restrictions.... One has to have a license to drive and one should be sober and not on drugs...

Those rules aren't always easy to enforce but did you eve think as I do when driving down the highway that we are all driving hunks of huge steel mechanical weapons and yet everyone abides by the white line in the road and stays on his side of it... Amazing...

Most accidents are mishaps that are not intentional...

I wonder if with everyone knowing that everyone else had a gun it might be like the highway. Law abiding and unwilling to risk ones life to endanger running into another weapon.

Of course with mentally ill.. they should not be driving either.

The latest and last two killing now the perpetrator has taken his own life. If someone wants to do suicide I guess he could try running someone off the road.
