A few free "coloured people" did both. Anyway, that was settled after a large scale "debate" involving firearms on both sides, called the War of Northern Aggression, in which a Republican administration invaded another nation to change their political system. I will agree that personal guns on college campuses is a bad idea. Having the same people who do a dozen jello shots in 2 hours even have pointy scissors is crazy. The guy whose website I pointed to lives off campus.
