Yes, and he is only looking at the last wave of a longer down trend pattern. There were multiple lower trendline hits along this wave. That (imo) is often the characteristic of an ending wave.

The same principle holds in a longer term sense.

It would seem this next week will let us know if a good rebound is in the works. At the end of the week several attempts to break the 81.6 line failed.
