Ron: as with many government officials and agencies, the SEC seems to be focusing more on political issues associated with "moneyed interests" than on any true regulatory duties. It's the good 'ole boy club at work at its finest. I doubt whether we will make any sense out of the GRNO situation as IMHO the issues are more political BS than true regulation. They are basically unaccoutable and out of control.
