They were private so they could be secretive.
Now that there will be investigations and their company (along with Blackwater and Halliburton) is going to come up a lot, they want to cash out. Most of them will form some new private branch of the CIA to rip off the world.

I wouldn't touch that IPO with a ten-foot-broker.

It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
