It IPOed at 12 in 1995. Languished for a year. I was in and out about 5 or 6 times for 2 or 3 bucks each time. Last sold at 25 and hoped it would dip to 18 or 20. Never did get there.

I picked it up again about 5 weeks ago and it hasn't looked back. From being a short term investor in SMOD, I'm now a long term player.

Check out their recent SEC filing where the founders sold a bunch of stock at about 65. There's an interesting section on the stock price during each quarter since the IPO.

SMOD has a very low float and that's why it's rockets up or down. Like C-cube was a couple of years ago.
