Maurice, I have seen this idea of a max. price of handsets that a royalty will be applied on being tossed about on this board and on a couple of other boards. For the life of me, I have no idea how this idea ever got started. To my knowledge there is no documentation from Q or any other source that indicates that royalties will only be applied up to a certain dollar threshold. Maybe an urban myth ???
