Lance, jp & the rest of you. Talked to Tom. The AMCI-TMm deal can be done without an increase in shares at this time. So we should shortly see the final contract on our homesite for all to review once final SEC approval is given. How long?? Don't know. Best I can say is soon! :-) Now we will need to expand the shares at a later date. BUT this will be done WITH shareholder approval. So we will all have an opportunity to voice our opinion to that decision. This maybe along with a shareholders meeting or by proxy mail vote to all. Don't have definate plans just yet. Larry
